7060 Polyamide Label, the product has excellent tear strength and Temperature Resistance. It has dimensional stability and is resistant to chemicals. Ideal for applications requiring short-term high Temperature Resistance. Withstands high temperatures up to +580°C.

Its upper surface is specially coated for thermal transfer printing. When used with appropriate ribbon, it has high scratch and solvent resistance. The product can be printed with most industrial ribbons. For the best result, we recommend Armor AXR8, DNP R510 and Ricoh B110CR ribbons. Its top surface is not suitable for traditional printing methods.

The most typical use is for identification tag purposes in the steel industry, which requires high Temperature Resistance. It must be tested before definitive use.

Thanks to the special coating of the upper surface of the film, PVC 7010 hang tag is an ideal for very difficult applications. This label is more resistant to harsh environmental conditions than PE and PP labels. It is resistant to cold and heat, dirt, oil and chemicals (alkali, solvents, acids, oils, brake oils, etc.).

Since the film is resistant to UV and sea water, it is suitable for outdoor applications in any environment.

7010 PVC material is flexible within limits and is very resistant to tearing. It can be printed with thermal transfer label printers such as Zebra, lntermec, Sato, Honeywell, Argox, Godex ,TSC. You can choose from a wide variety of ready-to-use colours, shapes and sizes, or we can manufacture them in any size you want.

Polyart 190 Micron (7070)

Polyart 7070 is a synthetic paper produced with HDPE (high density polyethylene). For high print quality, a special coating has been applied on it. It is tear resistant in both directions.

Polyart non-adhesive labels are a type of label that is resistant to environmental effects such as water, oil and tearing up to 60 °C. Labels printed on Polyart 7070 offer excellent readability even when in direct contact with oily, moist, refrigerated or frozen food.

  • Ideal for outdoor applications. It is suitable for use in chemical drums and all kinds of drums used for transportation.
  • It has high resistance against oily surfaces and many chemicals.
