The Eco thermal label is made of FSC certified paper and without the use of Bisphenol A. ( BPA Free ) Thanks to its high-sensitivity thermal coating, the print quality is high. Ideal for short term label applications. Eco thermal product barcode label is an affordable, most convenient product labeling option for applications such as cargo – logistics barcode labels, libra barcode labels, parcel barcode labels. Ribbon usage is not required because direct thermal printing is performed It is produced with acrylic, hotmelt and non perm adhesive alternatives.

Adhesive Code: 12 UV Resistant Acrylic Adhesive UV resistant acrylic adhesive is specially made for pharmaceutical labels and plastic containers. It has high performance in glass, PE and PP and soft squeezable containers. It can withstand harsh sterilization processes. It has a high resistance to UV and weather conditions. It shows high performance even on apolar surfaces.

Adhesive Code: 17 Non Perm Adhesive This adhesive, which is called non permanent or removable; it adheres strongly to the place where it is glued, but it can also be removed comfortably when you want to remove it. Does not leave a trace following removal. It is ideal for applications such as glass surface label applications, wet wipe open-close labels, wood surface sizing label applications that do not fall off when pasted and can be conveniently removed when desired.

Adhesive Code: 32 Hotmelt Rubber Adhesive Rubber-based hotmelt adhesive is a strong and durable adhesive option for difficult surfaces. You can choose it for parcel label applications, rough surface label applications and applications that require outdoor durability.

Applications and Use
This Direct Thermal product is designed for use in dry weigh scale,
process tracking, point of sale item information labelling where limited
image durability is required. Contact with moisture, oil, fats, plasticizers and
exposure to strong lighting should be avoided due to potential image fade.
This product is produced without the use of Bisphenol A (BPA).

Conversion and Printing
This product is designed to be converted and dispensed at high speed by all conventional
roll conversion technologies, including flexographic and UV letterpress.

It is longer lasting than eco thermal labels and resistant to damp, wet environments and UV light thanks to the coating on its surface. It is preferred for chicken, meat packaging labels, shipping labels, product labels and address labels. Since direct thermal printing is done, the use of ribbon is not required. Acrylic, hotmelt, non-perm and dipfreeze adhesive options are available.

Adhesive Code: 11 Deep Freeze water based acrylic adhesive It is ideal for applications that need to be stored in refrigerators in -20°C. It is the adhesive that must be preferred for labels such as meat and chicken labeling, laboratory blood and analysis storage and ice cream labels

Applications and Use
A durable, standard sensitive, transparent direct thermal film that exhibits good
environmental resistance. Ideal for labels on both clear and opaque substrates
Well suited for address labels, product identification labels, shelf marking labels, drink cups,
garment labels and other applications that require transparent characteristics.
Typical applications are the labeling of food products in deep- freeze warehouse or
packaging plants. Limited performance on curved surfaces (mandrel). A trial is always needed
to verify the product / end use suitability.

Conversion and Printing
This thermo-sensitive product is designed for use in thermal printing systems.
The product can be converted by UV letter press. However, due to the thermographic
properties exposure above 50°C may cause premature imaging or discolouration.

Laminated thermal surcharge label is produced with laminated thermal top surface and black laminated back side. It is used to cover the previously printed labels, preventing old information from being read. It is a common practice to close old prices during price change periods in stores.
