Facestock

Matt white polypropylene (PP) film featuring a highly absorbent surface, specially designed for water-based inkjet printing.

• Total Thickness: 171 µm ±10% (ISO 534)

Adhesive

Special-purpose permanent, rubber-based adhesive (TYR). Its aggressive structure ensures superior performance on
rough or apolar surfaces and in low-temperature conditions.

Applications & Usage

Suitable for labeling applications requiring the advantages of digital printing: short runs, last-minute adjustments,
personalized layouts, and fast full-color production. The facestock is designed for high density, crisp print quality,
and vibrant colors. Provides fast drying and good moisture resistance. Compatible with dye and
pigment-based inks; suitable for roll-to-roll production.

TYR adhesive labels are preferred for labeling rubber products, footwear, carpets and rugs, as well as
cardboard, wood, fiber drums, and plastic containers (e.g. HDPE and Polypropylene barrels)
due to its strong adhesion on difficult/rough surfaces.

Compliance

The adhesive complies with EU food directives and regulations, FDA 175.105, and
the German BfR Recommendation XXI.
