Transfer PET White Film Label (For Rough and Low Surface Energy Surfaces)

RHA adhesive, glossy PET film – superior adhesion on challenging surfaces

General Description

The surface is suitable for thermal transfer printing and delivers permanent, sharp prints with
resin ribbons. The facestock is 50 µm glossy white PET film. The release liner is a
double-sided siliconized white paper that, although thin, is very stiff and tear-resistant.

The adhesive is formulated for high ultimate adhesion on rough and low surface energy substrates.
It uses RHA (Rubber Hybridised Acrylic) technology, providing reliable performance on difficult
surfaces such as drums, textured plastics, and non-smooth industrial materials.

Adhesive

  • Type: RHA — Rubber Hybridised Acrylic
  • Properties: Very high ultimate adhesion on rough/textured and low surface energy substrates;
    excellent chemical and temperature resistance
  • Coat Weight: 45 g/m² (high coat weight)

Liner (Release Layer)

  • Double-sided siliconized, wood-free white glassine paper
  • Super-calendered; thin yet very strong and tear-resistant

Applications

  • Rough drum and barrel surfaces
  • Low surface energy plastics (PE/PP, etc.)
  • Textured or uneven industrial surfaces
  • Thermal transfer serial number and barcode labels
