General Description

This label with a 95 µm matte HDPE (high-density PE) film surface is designed for
cold, rough, and slightly dirty surfaces. Typical applications include labeling on
wood/timber surfaces. The backing is siliconized glassine paper.
Total thickness 204 µm (±10%, ISO 534).

Delivers high-quality printing with resin and wax-resin ribbons in thermal transfer systems.
Minimum application temperature is 0 °C. Typical service temperature range after application is
−40 °C to 70 °C.

Adhesive

  • Type: Hotmelt rubber-based high-tack adhesive
  • Properties: Very high initial tack and peel strength; excellent adhesion on
    rough and slightly dirty surfaces (e.g., construction materials, wood)

Liner (Release Layer)

  • Material: White, super-calendered, siliconized glassine paper (no residue transfer)
  • Grammage: 70 g/m² (ISO 536)
  • Thickness: 63 µm (ISO 534)

Lamination

  • Total Thickness: 204 µm ±10% (ISO 534)
