General Description

This glossy coated label features a bright white semi-gloss facestock combined with a
black laminated reverse side that functions as a full blockout layer.
It effectively prevents any underlying text, graphics, or barcodes from showing through, making it ideal for
re-labeling and cover-up applications.
Designed for industrial use where a clean, premium glossy appearance is required.

Construction

• Facestock: White, wood-free, machine-coated printing paper with a semi-gloss finish.
• Back / Barrier Layer: Full black laminated blockout layer preventing show-through.

Printability

Compatible with letterpress, flexographic (UV & water-based), offset, and screen printing technologies.
Supports hot/cold foil stamping, varnishing, and thermal transfer variable data printing.
Pre-testing is recommended to ensure optimal print results.

Adhesive

Adhesive Type: 32 — Hotmelt Rubber Adhesive

• High initial tack and strong permanent adhesion on a wide range of surfaces.
• Ideal for corrugated boxes, rough or uneven surfaces, and demanding environments.
• Base: Hotmelt, rubber-based permanent adhesive.

Application & Usage

Suitable for multi-color industrial label applications requiring a semi-gloss, visually appealing finish.
Commonly used as a cover-up (correction) label to conceal outdated or incorrect information by applying the label directly over pre-printed surfaces without show-through.
