Details

The PE Opaque facestock is a semi-gloss PE film that tears in the machine direction and stretches in the cross direction.
Suitable for rough and curved surfaces.
Water- and moisture-resistant.
Widely used in cosmetics, food, plastics, and chemical industries.
Suitable for thermal transfer printing.
Produced with UV-resistant acrylic and tyre (strong rubber hotmelt) adhesive options.

Technical Information – Converting & Printing

The modified acrylic top coating is suitable for traditional printing methods including flexography, screen printing, offset, letterpress, gravure and hot/cold foil stamping.
UV, water-based and solvent-based inks may be used.
Designed for optimal ink anchorage.
Corona treatment is not recommended during printing.
Suitable for Thermal Transfer printing.
Ink, foil and ribbon compatibility must be confirmed by your supplier.

Application & Use

Commonly used in household and personal care product labeling.
Due to its flexibility, it is ideal for squeezable bottles and other flexible containers.
