CLASS 3 • FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS

Class 3: Flammable Liquids

Flammable liquids are substances with a flash point not more than 60.5 °C (141 °F), or liquids that are maintained heated for transport and have a flash point of 37.8 °C (100 °F) or above.

EGEN’s Class 3 Flammable Liquid Hazard Labels are produced with polypropylene and a strong tyre (rubber) adhesive. Thanks to their specially formulated adhesives, they do not fade or fall off.

All tests have been conducted to ensure these labels meet the standards set by DOT and other regulations. This helps ensure your shipments are delivered on time and in full compliance.

Adhesive Code: 33 — Hotmelt Rubber Tyre Adhesive

The hotmelt rubber tyre adhesive is suitable for rough and challenging surfaces due to its dense, strong tack. It is especially ideal for rubber goods, tires, low‑surface‑energy substrates, footwear, plastic items, wood, and HDPE and PP drums, and provides high performance even at low temperatures.
