CL7140 Wax-Resin Near Edge Ribbon

CL7140 is a next-generation wax-resin ribbon developed for Near Edge and Corner Edge thermal transfer and date-coding printers. It delivers excellent print quality on uncoated paper labels and on rough/porous label materials.

Thanks to its superior surface coverage, it achieves strong print performance on challenging materials. Its high sensitivity makes it possible to reach the highest print speeds in labeling applications.

• Chemical structure: Total thickness < 8.0 µm; PET film + ink + silicone-based back coating.
• Printer settings: 16 ips (inches/sec) and 400 mm/sec.
• Print durability: 50 / 100.

• Papers: Vellum, coated, and glossy coated papers.
• Films: PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), and PET films.

• Date coding on packaging
