General Description
Sensor Tadpole is a passive UHF sensor tag optimized for detecting water leaks and moisture. The Axzon Magnus® S2 IC senses environmental humidity variations as changes in impedance and converts this information into sensor codes.
It requires no battery; its small, thin, and flexible design allows it to operate in challenging environments, including metal surfaces. The optional paper tail extension enables wide-area water detection and easily integrates with existing UHF RFID infrastructures.
