General Description
Our AD Bullseye™ On-Metal NFC labels are specifically designed to operate on metal surfaces.
This enables all applications that involve labeling metal surfaces that need to be identified or interacted with,
including metal parts, tools, machines, spare parts, and household items.
In AD Bullseye™ On-Metal labels we combine flexible ferrite materials with an antenna design
optimized for performance. The ultra‑thin ferrite‑based inlay is achieved by applying the ferrite material
onto the inlay. This layer isolates the magnetic field from the metal surface. By guiding the reader’s
inductive field, the ferrite prevents energy from being lost as heat on the metal surface.
Flexible ferrite‑based NFC inlays are suitable for roll‑to‑roll production processes. This feature makes
downstream converting both easier and more cost‑effective. Converters can print on the inlays if required.
AD Bullseye™ On-Metal is equipped with the NXP NTAG213 IC. This chip offers a UID mirror
feature that reflects the IC’s serial number into the encoded data for unique identification, enabling each read to be
uniquely identified at the application level.
Our labels and inlays comply with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2004
Environmental Management standards. This ensures a reliable, state‑of‑the‑art product that meets a wide range of
application needs where high performance is critical.
As Egen Barkod Etiket, we offer ferrite‑based NFC labels developed for use on metal surfaces with
high quality and cost‑effective solutions. We are at your service with size and design
options tailored to your production and application needs.
