What We Produce

RFID Label Production
With our Rfid Application Machine, we apply UHF, HF, NFC chips to the labels according to the demands of our customers (Size, Surface and Adhesive). Special for companies; We produce Rfid Labels that can contain printed, blank or variable data.
Printed and Blank Label Production
We offer Printed Labels, Blank Labels and Variable Numerator printed labels to our customers with the world's highest quality raw materials. We do not only produce labels, we also offer solutions.
Thermal Transfer Ribbon Production
Thermal transfer ribbons imported from Europe for barcode printer and date coding applications; we cut to desired sizes. Our ribbons meet the expectations of sectors that require special solutions such as hot, cold, scratch and chemical resistance at a high level.
Lamination and Coating Line
With our Lamination and Coating machine, we make acrylic-based adhesive release and silicone coating in 114 cm width. By laminating acrylic adhesive options on different substrates (Paper, PP, PET etc.), we produce label raw materials specific to the needs of our customers.

Labels

Barcode labels can also be used as wobble labels without adhesive, but the most commonly used barcode labels are self-adhesive. Adhesive labels basically consist of three layers; top printing surface + adhesive + bottom scraper. The top surface can be paper (thermal, coated etc.), film, (PP, PE, PET, HDPE). Adhesive types vary from hotmelt, acrylic, dipfriz, rubber, non-perm, silicone, strong rubber hotmelt (called tyre adhesive) These adhesives are divided into subclasses according to the needs of the application such as heat, pressure, external conditions, etc. The bottom scraper can be silicone paper in different weights or PET film for tear resistance.

RFID Tags

RFID tags are used in dozens of industries for tracking (movement, temperature etc.), inventory and stock tracking or information purposes. RFID tags consist of three parts: microchip (stores and processes information), antenna (modulates/demodulates RF signals) and substrate. They are also divided into three according to their frequency range. HF (High Frequency), UHF (Ultra High Frequency), NFC (Near Field Communication). RFID chips can be embedded under different label materials and used as adhesive, as well as in environments where difficult conditions are required, there are also types that are embedded in hard material (Hard Tag) that can be used by hanging without gluing.

Thermal Transfer Ribbons

Thermal transfer ribbon is a roll-shaped black film ribbon used in thermal transfer printing barcode label printers. It has three layers: protective layer, polyethylene film and solid ink layer. The solid ink layer is coated on the polyethylene film. The heated thermal head heats and liquefies the film on the protective layer and the ink becomes liquid and is transferred onto the label paper. This is why these ribbons are called “Thermal Transfer Ribbon”. This is how thermal transfer printing occurs. Basically, ribbons are divided into three as Wax Ribbon, Wax-Resin Ribbon and Resin.

Hardware

Our hardware product group includes RFID label printers, barcode label printers and color inkjet printers. RFID label printers print on labels with RFID chip integrated into them. Barcode printers make thermal transfer or direct thermal printing. They are divided into two as desktop or industrial. With thermal transfer method, using ribbon, you can print black or single color red, blue, green. Direct thermal printers are available for direct thermal printing on thermal paper or film without ribbon. For color CMYK labels, your preference should be for color inkjet printers.

For example; strong adhesion is demanded in tire labels, but the label that adheres on glass should be easily removed and leave no trace. The expectations of each sector are different.
